MAYOR & COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING –
LITIGATION

Please take notice that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Leonia will hold a special meeting on Monday, August 26, 2024. Said meeting is scheduled to commence at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss various litigation matters in a closed session. Closed Session is not open to the public for viewing.  Formal action may be taken. The Special Meeting will be held in person at the Municipal Center, located at 229 Fort Lee Road, Leonia, NJ 07605. The meeting will simultaneously be held live virtually via GoToMeeting. Members of the public who attend either in person or virtually will be able to give public comment during the relative portions of the meetings. Members of the public submit public comment by electronic mail to jmandel@leonianj.gov or in written letter form addressed to Jonathan Mandel, RMC, Borough Clerk, by 1 p.m. on the Friday prior to the meeting. When submitting your written comment, please reference that it is being submitted as a public comment together with the meeting date you would like for it to be read.
