Since 1997, Leonia has been fortunate to have a Community Garden for its residents. Located on Pine Hill Road, this natural resource is divided into 31 separate plots that are planted and maintained by dues-paying members.

Following organic gardening methods, members grow a broad variety of vegetables, herbs and flowers. 

General expenses of the garden, including water supply, tool shed, wheelbarrows, are paid from annual dues, currently $36 per full plot or $18 for a half-plot.
