In accordance with Ordinance S 190-9 (C-2), Permits and stickers in the Elm Place Parking Area shall be issued following application to the Borough Administrator or the Administrator's designee, on forms provided therof, which forms shall request the name and address of the applicant, vehicle description, and license plate number. (Please bring your driver's license and vehicle registration so we may make a copy and attach it to your application). The fee for such permit and sticker shall be as follows:

Non-Commercial Vehicle, annual fee: $200.00
Commercial Vehicle, annual fee: $1,200.00

Permits and stickers are required for designated spaces in the Elm Place Parking Area and may be obtained from Cui Wang in the Finance office on the first floor of Borough Hall on 312 Broad Avenue.
